Ma'am Lynnie is back..

oh yeah! Maam Lynnie is back!weew. I think we were late for about 20 minutes because we finished some of our requirements.And again,ma'am extended the deadline for our project.We're almost done but we will try to improve it more.

Last meeting,ma'am gave us some activity to do. I had my new group since I was late. But it's okay because all of them are friendly and very nice. We tackled on how to have an effective thesis statements and how to be more specific. She gave us some photocopies for our guide since it is not found on the book. I was happy at that activity because all of us shared ideas to each other that helps us to finish the task.

Ow! One more thing, I must be really more careful next time because one of my group mates had to sing because he was caught by our teacher speaking in vernacular! hahah. I was lucky enough that I was not caught.
Christmas is coming--can't wait to go home! By the way, welcome back ma'am Lynnie!

a short vacation ^^,

Well, maam Lynnie was away for a while. She said that she's going to Manila to attend a conference. So, no English 2 for us! But still, she left us some assignments to keep us busy.

I think it is an effective way to keep us in writing so that we could develop or improve on it. Two more weeks to go and its already christmas break! I'm so excited. Well, i need to finish first all my requirements.

I think maam Lynnie had a good trip. See yah this wednesday! ^_^

We have a holiday again this week! A round of applause please! hehehe. But still, there are many things to do. I have learned something in our class last tuesday. It's about reading instructions carefully! We're still very lucky because ma'am is very considerate and gave us a chance in our assignment. Maybe next time i'll be more careful. Well, we discussed about selecting a topic and narrowing it down. It can really help us a lot in making an effective term paper or something else. Ma'am read our works and give some comments on how to improve it. Somehow, I think we are improving and learning how to be more specific on choosing topics to be discussed.

Writing in English..

Writing in english is easier than speaking in english for me. It is because I can express more of what I think in writing than to speak those words but it doesn’t mean that I am good on it. Writing in english is not new for everyone since we are doing these in our elementary or high school days for our projects. But still it would be a very challenging one for me because I am not really good on it eventhough im studying on this language for how many years. Also,i'm not really good on grammars and constructing effective sentences. I actually don’t like to write in english , it’s not that I hate it but because it’s hard for me. It takes time for me to think those appropriate words and to create nice ideas. I think I should read more so that I can write better because as what they say, “A good reader is a good writer”. I am a bit excited about this subject and also I am becoming more interested on this. I will try my best to improve my writings and to develop it more.

new faces

Well, i met new faces in our English 2 class. I found it very interesting because I meet new friends. In our first activity,we tackled about on how to make an effective topic and thesis statements with their main points which can help us in making our term papers. It should be specific so that it could be easily understood and it should be clear. I am very happy with my group in that activity because we discovered that all of us are from Caraga region. We are 4 in the group and the three of us came from Agusan del Sur and the other one is from Agusan del Norte. We also discovered that we joined on the same contests when we were still in high school. We easily get together since were from the same region which we can share common things. I think that with my group,we can easily accomplish a certain activity because of the common things we have.^_^
